I have no idea but my cousin just buys nair and puts it on her arms then when her arm hair starts getting really long again she puts more nair on it and i can never tell when her arms are bald
i think it makes it grow faster
because when you put olive oil on your
eveybrows the hair grows faster so i think so.
it wont make your hair grow any faster or stop it it will just soften your skin.
