There is no way to just stop hair growth. Since you are not interested in laser hair removal then you can try using wax or hair creme remover. If you are not interested in waxing because of the pain, you can use another method called sugaring. There's no way to stop hair growth except by laser removal. However if you use an electrical hair removal machine (the one that plucks the hair out, not the electrical razors), in many people it will result in hair growing less and thinner.
yupp. lazer hair removal. basically it burns your hair all the way down into your skin and gets rid of it permenintly so that i cant grow back.
Waxing is always fun.
i don't think so hair is permanent laser would be the only way and for just a year.... THERES NO WAY!!!
