hmmm there isnt really much u can do. waxing is a very good start. its much more effective than shaving. my chest requires at least a week to start sprouting hair again and stays smooth for that entire week. also waxing can stunt the growth overtime aswell i believe. im hardly a waxing expert but i figured id share my 2 cents since u asked for it : )

You can't..Although, If you do keep waxing, Your damaging the hair follicule which inturn will make hair grow back slower...Eventually after years and years and years of waxing, It will stop growing.
